We had such a pleasure transforming this whole house in Ethelton, South Australia.
With a growing family in mind, they needed more space. We added an extension down the entire side of the house (you know that side bit that never gets used) which created a whole new ensuite bathroom and walk in robe at the front of the house, along with making space at the end of the extension for a new main bathroom and laundry.
The ensuite comes complete with floor to ceiling tiles, frameless shower screen and floating vanity for practicality. Double shower head to include the rain shower head and feature shower recess to store toiletries.
The kitchen and living area has been completely renovated with new floors, covering the exposed beams, brand new kitchen, splash back, appliances and large kitchen island giving this family the space they need at meal times.
Floor to ceiling doors were installed in the family room to create an open feeling as well as bringing the inside outside for entertaining. We’ve also snuck in the feature window in the family room as well as some great shots of the great flooring!
The main bathroom and laundry features a modern square bath, floating vanity, walled mirror cupboard for more storage as well as duel shower head which includes a detachable head for easy cleaning and rain shower head for relaxation.
The laundry is a crisp white making use of the storage space as well as bench space for all those washing and scrubbing weekend sport needs.
The extension is finished with a modern render to match the existing house as well as matching roof, gutters and colours. All to compliment what was already there so the extension look and feel blends seamlessly.
