Welcome to our Largs North project. The KJEO team had a very special request with this project to completely gut the whole original 100-year-old symmetrical cottage and transform it into a functional oasis for this family.
We problem-solved, planned, and listened to every detail the owners of this original beauty wanted and then brought them to life in the most exciting way.
We removed raised garden beds, tons of dirt, trees, and sheds as well as the demolition of the ‘60s lean-to addition at the rear of the cottage. Extensive renovations in the original cottage including removing fireplaces, converting one room into the main and ensuite bathrooms, replastering all walls, new ceilings, cornices, and architraves.
The team built an incredible extension to include open plan living, dining and kitchen, outdoor entertainment area, study, and laundry to match the original cottage.
We also built a large garage to house the family’s motor home, a 13-meter-long carport from street to garage, driveway, garden beds and paths.
